here is a patch to mod_perl Makefile.PL that generates acceptable
SSL compiler directives. Be warned though that all the SSL
definitions in the Apache's Configuration need to contain
absolute path values without any macro reference (ie $(SSL_BASE) )
["Makefile.PL.patch.gz" (application/x-gzip)]
