Subject:    ANNOUNCE: Gestinanna::POF 0.04

Gestinanna::POF is yet another persistent object framework.  It
supports data accessable via Alzabo, Net::LDAP, and MLDBM (or
MLDBM::Sync), as well as combinations of these, using a uniform API.

Changes in this version:

  LDAP support is on-par with support for the other data stores.

  EXISTS operation is supported in searches

Gestinanna::POF is the basis for the revision controlled data store
in Gestinanna::POF::Repository.

Work is underway on a data store module that will allow remote access
to Gestinanna::POF objects via SOAP (this will include both the
client and server) while still maintaining security.
