How about updating the How to Become a mirror page with the auto-email
script so people don't have to send an email they just fill in a form and
tick a few boxes. I sent this script to ASK a while ago.

Also make the httpd server link non server specific so instead of reffering
to httpd.apache.org it should reference $ENV{'HTTP_HOST'} if the script that
generates the main page is cgi.
