Summary: mod_deflate crashes apache
Product: Apache httpd-2.0
Version: 2.0.53
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows Server 2003
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: mod_deflate
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: stke@gmx.li
Nearly every day the apache process crashes when mod_deflate is loaded and
active.
You can watch as the processes consume more and more RAM and sometime the
server doesn't answer any http requests anymore. Restarting apache doesn't
help. I have to restart the machine.
Windows Event Log:
Error in Queue: faulting application Apache.exe, Version 2.0.53.0, faulting
module mod_deflate.so, Version 2.0.53.0, error code 0x0000115a.
