            Bug ID: 63380
Summary: Stale Microsoft KB reference in ErrorDocument
                    Documentation
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.4-HEAD
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Documentation
          Assignee: docs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: tlhackque@yahoo.com
  Target Milestone: ---

The ErrorDocument description at
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/core.html#errordocument

refers to

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q294807

This hyperlink is no longer valid, and brings up a generic Microsoft Support
page.

I didn't do an extensive search, but what I did find was dated.

If the "error document is too small to display due to 'friendly error' browser
option" issue still exists (or if you want to document this as a historical
restriction), the reference needs to be updated - or the complete information
included in the httpd docs.

I did find the original KB article on the wayback machine:

https://web.archive.org/web/20140114040526/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294807

Note: This is true for all versions of the docs - 2.4 & trunk, as well as
older.
