The Apache Software Foundation today announced the appointment of Dave Fisher to its \
Board of Directors.

Fisher has been an Apache Committer since 2008 and was elected an ASF Member in 2012. \
He is a member of several Project Management Committees (PMCs) and is an active \
Apache Incubator mentor.

Fisher replaces Joan Touzet, who resigned. The Foundation thanks Touzet for her \
service and contribution during her tenure during the 2020 fiscal year.
