Howdy, added a bunch of stuff on the evaluation of sem preds in the  
lexer for ANTLR v3:

Highlights a tough problem in terms of what predicates mean; ANTLR  
only uses predicates when it has insufficient syntactic information.   
The evaluation of predicates seems to conflict with matching the  
longest string.
