As am-utils becomes more stable, the cycle b/t releases is increasing (last
one was almost two months).  So I'm starting to release intermediate
snapshots of am-utils in

	ftp://shekel.mcl.cs.columbia.edu/pub/am-utils/snapshots/

In these snapshots I include whatever quick fixes to the last release, that
most likely will make it to the next release, but not always.  The snapshots
are not throughly tested or compiled on many systems.  To find out what made
it into a snapshot, check the ChangeLog file from the top until the last
comment reading "released am-utils version ..."  The latest ChangeLog file
is always also available from the am-utils home page.

Snapshots will only be available for the latest release, before the next
one.  Generally if the last release was 6.0a15, and the next one is 6.0a16,
then the snapshots to be released are numbered 6.0a16s1, 6.0a16s2, etc.

I'm not going to announce each time a snapshot is released, but you may hear
about it when I answer someone's mail on the list.  Unless there is
something specific in a snapshot that you need, you don't have to rush to
get and compile it.
