Yes.  Set the variable "$spam_quaranting_method" as indicated below in your
amavisd.conf file, and reload amavsid.

Add or modify the %m macro to meet your needs.

$spam_quarantine_method           = 'local:spam-%m';

See README.customize for an explanation of the macros available (eg. %y,
%date_rfc2822_local, etc.)
