Some CD playing bugs fixed in the last couple of days in commits

; the original report has been fixed probably with the former. In the case of
the attached debug log, it suggests that audiocd kioslave is not installed in
system and installing it should fix cd playing.
The problems reported here should be fixed now with one of those three
mentioned things, so closing this report. (The linked bug 320356 remains still
unresolved, though, but by what I'm reading, it's not likely related to this
one)
