SUMMARY

 Local collection does't scan files with special characters or accents in the
file name. 
  When I use caja the open with option, the files open in the playlist, but
files with special characters stay with a green balloon with a number 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. scan collection

OBSERVED RESULT
Files with special characters does't appear in the local collection

EXPECTED RESULT
All files recognized
