Every time i start Amarok, volume is set to 0%

Note: i am using KDE Neon, but selected "Kubuntu Packages" since the package
version is 2:2.8.0-0ubuntu9 (no neon)

Also: is Amarok dead? will there ever be a KF5 based Amarok?
