Hello,

I've been using your player for at least a year.  Today the player is
intolerable!  The music is skipping every minute!  You would think you guys
would engineer a cash-able size that would stop this, right?  BTW I checked my
internet speed and it's over 65Mbps.  Not fast enough to listen to music?
