            Bug ID: 378558
Summary: wrong length aussumed for streaming ogg
           Product: amarok
           Version: 2.8.0
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Playback
          Assignee: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
          Reporter: martin@oneiros.de
                CC: matej@laitl.cz
  Target Milestone: 2.9

Created attachment 104921
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=104921&action=edit
1 minute stream rip

The attached ogg is captured by using streamripper on public ogg streams.

It contains 1 minute of music, but amarok believes it's much longer, making
accurate positioning in the file difficult. It is only an example; other files
show the problem (a 80 minute rip is claimed to have a length of 62 hours).

Other players (audacity, deadbeef, audacious) don't have this problem.
