Non-problem-solving ugly script to remove the url quoting.

Hi!

I would describe this attachment as non-helpful in terms of solving the
problem. But it will take a problematic m3u and overwrite (ignorantly write)
another file with the suffix "_unquoted.m3u" without any checks. So no
guarantees whatsoever.

If I had time to dig into the problem---but python is so awfully convenient...
