            Bug ID: 359245
Summary: amarok doesn't play music any more after month of use
                    under OpenSUSE 13.2
           Product: amarok
           Version: 2.8.0
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: grave
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Playlist
          Assignee: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
          Reporter: gz@gerhard-zlotos.de

I'm unable to start playing music from the playlist. If I push the start button
just nothing happens.
I upgraded to OpenSUSE 13.2 half a year ago and since then I used amarok
without problems.
From one day to the other amarok showed this strange passivity.
I regularly apply OpenSUSE updates. I don't know if that had caused the change.
I don't hear music every day.
In my desparation I installed DeadBeef and that works without problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start amarok
2. mark a song in the playlist
3. press the triangular start button

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Playing music

Please help on troubleshooting
