I have just installed amarok on my debian system (Linux king 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1
SMP Debian 3.2.68-1+deb7u3 x86_64 GNU/Linux). When I plug in my headphones and
attempt to stream an Internet station/youtube/ripped CD, I see the following
message in the terminal window:
QWidget::insertAction: Attempt to insert null action
[0x2822fa8] main input error: ES_OUT_RESET_PCR called


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open amarok
2. Attempt to play a stream
3. message is displayed, no sound is produced

Actual Results:  
No sound is produced through the headphones.

Expected Results:  
I should have heard audio playback
