Unfortunately your backtrace has no debugging symbols, without those it is
rather useless. Please install debugging symbols for Amarok, Phonon,
Phonon-backend-vlc and provide a better backtrace. Please see also

at first glance I don't see any relation to knotify or another kdelibs problem,
but rather a problem with Phonon and it's backend, but without a proper
backtrace this is just a guess
