FWIW: please always paste backtraces inline. 
But in this case it's not yet needed, as you do not have the debugging symbols
for the libraries where the crash happens. Apparently the problem is with the
phonon-backend-gstreamer. so you need to also recompile Phonon and the
phonon-backend-gstreamer. In the worst case, the crash is in Pulseaudio, so
this would need debugging symbols as well...

FWIW2: to produce useful backtraces you should have debugging symbols for all
involved libraries, that means Amarok and all its mandatory dependencies.  This
can mean a lot of work, as recompiling Qt with debugging enabled will take
ages... sadly a serious downside of your distribution.
