When first displaying the podcast list, expanding the "Local Podcasts" category
to show all entries, podcasts that have new entries should have a star in the
bottom-left corner to indicate that there are new entries. However, the star is
not displayed for podcasts with new entries until the podcasts are each
expanded individually: expanding a podcast entry updates the icon with a star
if there are new episodes in the podcast.
