First observation from looking at the code (LayoutEditDialog.cpp around line
300)
The maximum percentage that you can set is the not already assigned percentage
of the line.
If all tokens on the line are set to custom width then this is exactly the
current token width.

Reducing that width leads to the issue that you have a token with 1% to 1%
width (which you can't edit from there).

I have to change the logic here.
