Ever use case is different, I never use the Random feature, nor do I shuffle, I
use more likely the Random Playlists.

So extrapolating from your use case to that of other users is a bit bold, don't
you think?

Also: the button IS there, did you really look correctly? Please read the
handbook first before complaining about features not being where you expect
them to be: https://userbase.kde.org/Amarok/Manual/AmarokWindow/PlaylistPane.

If a user is really interested they can find everything in the handbook, we
didn't spend months writing it for nothing, after all.

Let's close this discussion, as it is going nowhere. Every media player is
different and has different ideas at its base, just because others do it
differently doesn't mean we have to as well.
