Downloaded and installed Amarok 2.8.0 for Windows under Windows 8.1.
Installation worked fine. Started the program from the installer (which
executed it as administrator) and it worked. Closed the program and tried to
restart it as normal user. Did not work.
Restarted as administrator and works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Amarok for Windows as administrator
2. Run as normal user
3.

Actual Results:  
Can't be run as normal user

Expected Results:  
Executing the program as normal user should just open amarok
