Dynamic Collection should handle this. If it detects a partition is not
mounted, it should hide its tracks, but leave all theri metadata (incl. labels)
intact.

Anyway,      amarok --debug --nofork      output from a run where Amarok
"deletes" the associated labels would be needed to debug this.
