Preamp slider in equalizer does not work, it can't be controlled by the mouse,
tab does not enter the control. Although I can see it changes the value when I
select Dance preset.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Equalizer
2. Check "Activate"
3. Try moving Preamp slider.
Actual Results:  
The slider does not move.

Expected Results:  
The slider moves.
