I have this bug in Kubuntu 13.04, KDE 4.12.3, Amarok 2.8.0. If you quit Amarok
while it is minimized (something one often does when shutting down/logging out,
especially given that Amarok eats more cpu cycles when the interface is
displayed, so I often have it minimized), it is minimized to tray when
reopened.

This is just a personal preference, but I prefer it opening to display the
interface. I think the current behavior quite unintuitive, because before
searching around for a bug report, I had no idea this is what it was doing. I
assumed it *always* opened minimized to tray. And I know no other software that
behaves this way.
