I'm experiencing this issue as well.  I stream from a local Amapche server and
these errors don't seem to have any affect on that.  It is worrisome to see
them all though.

I too tried taking ownership of the %APPDATA% folder and all sub-folders,
making sure I had full access, etc., etc..  I agree, it dosen't appear to
actually be a permissions issue.  Files can be created.  Maybe something with
what they're trying to be renamed to?  Windows seems to really dislike names
that start with a dot.
