Bug ID: 331573
Summary: When adding a folder to the playlist songs aren't
sorted by track number
Classification: Unclassified
Product: amarok
Version: 2.8.0
Platform: unspecified
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: File Browser
Assignee: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
Reporter: jonan88@gmail.com
CC: matej@laitl.cz
I'm not really sure if this is a bug, but at least it's not the behavior that I
would expect.
When right clicking on a folder in the files panel and selecting "Add to
playlist" or "Replace playlist" tracks are added in alphabetical order instead
of track number. This wasn't the behavior a few releases ago (sorry, can't say
when exact version that introduced the change).
I think tracks should always (when possible) be added respecting the track
number.
