To reproduce:

1. Share some ogg files via ampache, e.g. using ownCloud
2. Access the files in Amarok using the ampache module
3. Non-ascii file names are displayed incorrectly

The exact same files are handled correctly in the local collection (Amarok), as
well as in the browser interface to ampache (ownCloud).
