i use a bluetooth a2dp headset as primary (in fact, only) output device.
after the latest upgrade to 2.8 amarok constantly unsets the default output
device at the end of the playlist, and very often even when switching to the
next track inside the playlist.
additionally, no idea, if related, does the volume control of amarok not
anymore control the volume -- no matter which value i select, it has no effect
whatsoever.

pulseaudio is 4.0-6+b1, bluez 4.101-3
