Apparently Sid doesn't ship Amarok 2.7 yet, no idea why. But it definitely is
the Debian version you should use to have the latest software. Alternatively
you could use a Debian spin-off like Kubuntu, they are usually pretty up-to
date if you enable the backport repositories, and they start with Debian Sid
every 6 months.
