Amarok UI is not localized. That means, it's in english.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Amarok (version from amarok homepage) on Windows 7. (In Windows 7,
my language setting is German, and all other applications also respect this
setting.)


Actual Results:  
Amarok's UI is in english.



Expected Results:  
Amarok's UI should be in german.



I can't change the application language using
Help->Change application language
like it works on Linux. On Windows, I don't see this menu item.
