I'm sorry, I'm accessing the collection in two ways (as a local collection and
as a USB collection) and haven't noticed that covers were downloaded to the
local one and didn't appear in the other one. The USB collection appeared out
of nowhere (bug 300557) after some time (automatic scanning of external
collections, bug 300854) and that lead to confusion.
