FWIW: the crash is caused by ffmpeg, as usual, not in Amarok.

But to come back to the Video Applet: we removed it in the upcoming Amarok 2.6
because sadly the developer who created it is MIA since quite some time and
none of the other developers has time to maintain it. It was buggy from the
start and never worked well anyway.
Back to the roots: Amarok is not a all-media player, but an audio player :)
