I supposed we can put the bookmarks in the root of that list. Might get crowded
though.

Streams will get their own playlist category soon, but it's quite a complex
feature which will include stream history. Hopefully for 2.4.4.

Cool streams are not supposed to be editable, it's just a list maintained by
the Amarok team.
