currently, when a track is played, there is a delay before it is played that
seems to be roughly proportional in length to the length of the track.  this is
not noticeable if the track is stored locally, but it is very noticeable if the
track is stored on a remote server.  during the delay, the whole Amarok UI is
frozen, and nothing is shown to indicate what is happening and why the music is
not playing.

in my case, i store some of my music on a cloud server hosted by PackageCloud. 
i mount the storage using WebDAV via davfs and symlink the mount into my home
directory.  for most tracks, the delay is around 10-60 seconds.

a caching mechanism in Amarok (as described in bug #276822) would alleviate
this, but with or without caching, there is still a need to inform the user why
Amarok isn't playing the selected track and to keep the UI responsive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
play a track that takes a noticeable amount of time to load.

Actual Results:  
* there is a delay before the track starts playing.
* the whole UI freezes.
* the user is not informed about the cause of the delay.

Expected Results:  
* there is a delay before the track starts playing unless it is cached (see bug
#276822).
* the UI remains responsive during the delay.
* the status bar shows a "Track loading" message and a progress bar with
percent complete.
* the progress bar can be expanded to show information on the files that are
being loaded, percent complete, loaded bytes and total bytes, loading speed,
and an estimate of remaining time.
