Version:           2.4-GIT (using KDE 4.5.90) 
OS:                Linux

If you play a track and press "Next", the play count of the track stays the
same, no matter how much you have listened to the track. I think the play count
should increase in that case, maybe after 10 seconds of playing the track (to
avoid situations when you actually didn't listen to the track).

Reproducible: Always
