I'm a heavy podcaster so I'm usually checking for podcast to update. Also, I
prefer to have the podcast locally so I can pause or navigate through them. So
my usual use case is like this:
* Find out there's a new episode for a podcast.
* Drag it into the playlist.
* Download it.
The problem is that when I drag it the time of the podcast is 0:00, later when
the episode is downloaded the time is properly displayed for the track but the
total playlist time is not. So the total playlist time gets completely messed
up  when I delete the track as the time is subtracted but never added in the
first time, a lot of time I end up with negative time.
So, the fix would be to make sure the time is added when the time in the
podcast is updated.
