In my music collection, each album has it's own directory. In such a directory,
I always save the cover art as folder.jpg (I think this is a general
convention). However, Amarok does not always show the folder.jpg; instead, it
shows a cd case. 
Amarok does show a cover for some albums. I don't know if Amarok grabs those
from Amazon, from file tags or that in those cases, it does read the folder.jpg
correctly.

Still stands that for a great amount of albums, no cover art is shown despite a
folder.jpg.
