You should start with upgrading to Amarok 2.2.1, available for your
distribution.

Also make sure you have all necessary codecs installed. This is not an Amarok
bug, but an installation issue, for support please ask in the forum on
http://forums.kde.org/amarok or in #amarok on irc.freenode.net. But please, do
upgrade first, Amarok 2.1.1 is completely outdated.
