Summary: show the number of songs per artist/album in the
                    library view
           Product: amarok
           Version: 2.1.90
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
        ReportedBy: arne_bab@web.de

Version: 2.1.90 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1), Gentoo)
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.30-hh2

There was a p2p Proram on the Mac (Acquisition) which showed the number of
results in brackets after each artist.

Now I have many songs with slightly different artist names, and it would be
very convenient to see how many songs tehre are under each name (or even to say
"show only artists/albums with at least 5 songs").

That would make it far easier for me to find what I'm searching for -
especially when I want to listen to an album and don't want to be distracted by
the many stray artists from whom I only have one or two songs (which I mostly
have in there because I wanted to hear what kind of music they make).

Besides: Many thanks for Amarok! It's great!
