Version:           2.1.1 (using 4.2.95 (KDE 4.2.95 (KDE 4.3 RC1)), Mandriva
Linux release 2010.0 (Cooker) for i586)

Every version of Amarok2 that I have used, including 2.1.1 has a problem with
the playlist. It will work fine for a while, but after adding tracks to the
playlist it starts skipping ahead tracks until it reaches the last one in the
playlist. If I select to play a track higher in the list, it plays for a second
or two, then the playlist skips ahead and eventually plays the last track on
the list.
I have searched for this problem and read posts suggesting to turn off
cross-fading.
This happens whether I use crossfading or not (I normally have it disabled). I
normally do not run the pulse audio daemon, but I tried with it turned on and
get the same result.
Since I get no crash, I have no crash output data to post.
I love Amarok, but this bug makes it nearly impossible to enjoy since I often
add and remove tracks from the playlist.
