You can access the organize files dialog you are familiar with by browsing to
the files in the "File Browser" (the bottom most vertical tab on the left) and
right clicking.

Use the "Move/Copy To Collection" option.

I do not think the Copy/Move to Collection option should be added to the
context menu of the playlist. There is too much clutter as it is.
