hi,

the downloaded podcasts cannot be bookmarked, even though the icon idicates the
opposite (Add Position Marker). Clicking the icon has no effect. 
it should be possible to bookmark podcasts because i have some quite long ones
(60+
minutes), for which it would be nice, if i could bookmark them.

for streamed podcasts the icon is not shown which is ok.
