I have also on rating based dynamic playlists. I always get the same song in my
playlist.

Here is a screenshot of my amarok:

As you can see it is always the same songs... If i click on the last song in
the playslist and "new" items are added I also get the same songs. 
It is nearly the same with the repopulate button. When I click repopulate I get
first time new songs but the new songs which were added are also double in my
playlist.

I'm using amarok 2.0.1
