I think this should behave like the official client, by default it scrobbles in
50%.

Also, I was searching where Amarok 2 stores the queue of the last.fm song that
have to be submitted when there is no Internet connexion or (this was so in
Amarok 1.4) the user name or password are not filed but the last.fm plugin is
enabled. It seems that they are not stored anywhere.
