Amarok 1.4.8 using kde 3.5.9-4.fc8 Fedora

When konqueror is configured to use a proxy 
the same is being used by amarok for Downloading Context browser style in \
AmaSettings>configure Amarok>Appearance 

When download styles button is clicked and the proxy server is down it shows the \
error message with a okay button clicking it spawns an new error message but the Get \
Hot New Stuff dialog does not get disabled. This happens every time.

steps to reproduce the bug

configure konqueror to use a proxy
Navigate to appearance under settings>configure amarok and click download styls in \
the context browser style
