I appear to have the same problem.

I'm playing a streaming Internet radio station.  Occasionally the stream dies.  I \
right clicked on the tray icon but got no response.

I continued to use other applications, thinking the Amorak tray menu would eventually \
appear.  Instead after a while my keyboard locked, caps lock light failed to respond.

Killing amorak and amorakapp processes released the keyboard.

Distro: Ubuntu 7.10
Linux kernel: 2.6.22-14-generic
KDE 3.5.8
Amorak 1.4.7
