Implement SHIFT left-click to 'toggle' repeat and random buttons and icons in reverse \
order. Also implement this on the time (play time, time to go, both, etc). Also \
implement this SHIFT for reverse order 'toggling' for the hot keys that might be \
available for these.

Implementing this will allow experienced Amarok users to more quickly make specific \
selections which might give a cutting edge advantage in live use of Amarok in \
performaces (or just simple DJ-ing at home). \
