Summary: Track Length not being read correctly
           Product: amarok
           Version: 1.4.5
          Platform: RedHat RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist kde org
        ReportedBy: tadhgp yahoo com

Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

Some of my MP3s (all encoded from CD by myself, probably using LAME at some sort of \
variable bitrate) are not having their length read correctly by Amarok, and are \
finishing earlier than they should be!

I don't know why this is, and the GUI is unwilling to give me any more useful \
information on the files themselves, but I can send you one or two of them if you \
like for your own testing purposes.

The files themselves are located on an NTFS partition, although other files on this \
partition seem to be playing back perfectly. They also playback fine in XMMS, which \
lists the same length as Amarok for the files when it loads them to the playlist, but \
changes them to their correct length as soon as playback begins... \
